Query Bet Logs (Paginated)

Query Bet Logs & Reports within a specified time range, querying different data with different offsets, returning a maximum of 5000 records each time.

11	Parameters error	Please ensure the request parameters are complete and correctly formatted. The time range must be within 1 minute and within the last 40 days, and the Settlement time must be at least 1 minute before the current time.

Important Notes

1. Call Frequency: Limited to 15 times per second per agentId
2. Time Range: Maximum time range for a single query is 1 minute
3. Time Limit: startDate and endDate cannot be set beyond the current time, and endDate must be at least 1 minute before the current time
4. Historical Range: Historical records can be queried within the last 40 days
5. Number of Records Returned: A maximum of 5000 records are returned each time. If the total number of records is greater than 5000, batch queries with different offsets should be used in a loop.
6. jackpotWin Usage Scope: Currently only FISH Games VP_400001_1 will use this parameter, SLOT Games will not use it, value is fixed at 0
